Sales Tax will be charged to all California residents.

All returns covered under our 14-day return period are subject to the following:
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must accompany all returns.
- To obtain a RMA number you must e-mail or call us no later than 14-days of the shipping date.
- The RMA number expires after 10 days from which it was issued.
- All products must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.
- Refunds are applied to the credit card used in the purchase of the order.
- If a cashier's check was used to purchase the order, a refund check will be mailed to your address on our files.
If you should wish to cancel an order, you must e-mail or call us ASAP, so that we can stop processing the order. If the order has been shipped you are require to refuse the delivery of the shipment. A 15% restocking fee and the shipping fees will be applied to your account.
All orders will be shipped via the United States Post Office. If you prefer to have your order shipped via another carrier, please give us a call at 1.888.831.0880. Once the orders have been shipped we will e-mail you the tracking number of the packages and a estimated time of arrival.
Typographical and Photographical Errors Policy
Auroras' Collection tries to be as accurate as possible in our descriptions, pictures and pricing of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that the description, pictures or pricing is current or accurate. If the price for a product listed is incorrect, Auroras' Collection shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to either honor the displayed price or cancel the order of the product with the inaccurate price.
